Zynaptiq have been showing off their updated version of Triumph 3 at this year’s NAMM show which now incorporates features from their existing software and is specifically geared towards sound designers.
Triumph was originally acquired from Aurchitect in 2020, along with the Myriad, Spectre, Aura and Loop Editor audio apps, which were rebranded as the The Mac Audio Apps Bundle. At the time, the apps were ‘turned back on’ for existing users, with Zynaptiq announcing that stage 2 of the development would see the company update each title for commercial release.
Triumph 3 is a multi-track/-layer, multi-channel audio editor that incorporates morphing, vocoding, time-stretching, pitch-shifting and other powerful FX and algorithms taken from their existing software such as Morph 2 and Orange Vocoder. The result is a powerful tool for sound designers that enables the easy creation of new audio assets on the fly.
In addition, Triumph 3 features advanced scripting, AudioUnits support, Red Book and DDP CD Authoring, Final Cut Pro X XML interchange format support, Source/Destination audio editing, a unique and patented workflow featuring audio layers, and more.
