Native Instruments just posted an update to Reaktor Player version 6.2.0, which adds support for third-party Reaktor Devices. This means that Reaktor synths created by world-renowned electronic artists and sound designers can now be at the user's fingertips.
For the uninitiated, Reaktor Player is to Reaktor as Kontakt Player is to Kontakt: Instead of the full development environment of the larger software package, it lets you play virtual instruments that were created using that package.
Reaktor Player 6.2.0 also updates NKS mapping for improved functionality with Native Instruments' Komplete Kontrol S series of MIDI controller keyboards. It's available to download from Native Access for free.
