At NAMM 2024, Steven Slate Audio introduce the Raven MTi MAX controller and the revamped Raven 4.0 mixer software.
Raven MTi MAX
The Raven MTi MAX builds upon the success of its predecessor, the MTi 2, offering a 27-inch multi-touch screen with 2K/4K resolution. This enhancement provides users with expanded screen real estate for seamless control of their DAW mixer and plugins. The MAX accommodates up to 32 faders simultaneously. The controller introduces a Fine Mode, allowing users to make fader adjustments in 0.1 dB increments. The intuitive interface enables instant zooming on any control with a two-finger tap gesture, ensuring ease of use without compromising visibility.
Raven 4.0 Mixer Software
Accompanying the MTi MAX is the Raven 4.0 mixer software. The resizable Studio Mixer sits on top of your DAW for maximum convenience. This integration creates a multi-touch experience, making the DAW mixer more accessible and user-friendly.
Among the notable features is the support for Universal Audio's LUNA DAW, expanding compatibility and functionality. The introduction of a Batch Command system simplifies the creation of complex macros, saving valuable time in the production process. Additionally, Raven 4.0 enables users to record intricate edits using mouse actions, key commands, and menu selections, with the ability to save them to a button or gesture for quick access.
