Window Configurations offer a way to save the layout and contents of windows in Pro Tools. When combined with the related Memory Locations in Pro Tools they offer a way to create shortcuts which can arrange and restore windows to just how you need them for specific tasks.
Once set up these Window configurations can be imported into other sessions via the import session data dialog just like any other session data. Window Configurations are useful and powerful so if you don’t currently use them you should definitely check them out.
