Avid has advised us of a Scheduled Maintenance Notification of the MyAvid Portal Servers, which host all our Avid Master Accounts also now known as MyAvid, which also will means users will be unable to manage subscriptions, checkout of the Avid Store use the Avid Link app or use Cloud Collaboration.
Avid is warning all users of any Avid product including Pro Tools as well as Sibelius and Media Composer that the MyAvid Customer Portal will be down for maintenance and upgrades from Friday, October 12 at 11:00 PM EDT to Saturday, October 13 at 4:00 AM EDT. For UK users that is 4:00 am BST to 9am BST on October 13th.
During this time, you will NOT be able to:
Sign in to your Avid.com account or sign up for a new account
Download your purchased products
Manage or renew subscriptions
Checkout on the Avid Online Store, Marketplace or In-App stores
Access Video Community
Access Avid Link Desktop and Mobile App Beta
Use Pro Tools Cloud Collaboration and Sibelius Cloud Sharing services
Use the Avid Download Center
