Our friends at UVI have today released BeatBox Anthology 2 - a massive update to their hardware inspired virtual drum machine instrument. UVI state that BeatBox Anthology represents over 50 years of groove boxes, beat machines, drum modules and synth drums. Pro Tools Expert was given an early preview of BeatBox Anthology 2 and we can safely say that UVI hasn't missed a.... beat... at all.
UVI have clearly taken some GUI inspiration from the fantastic Synth Anthology 2 library that we feel is a great instrument that is easy to use. Keep your eyes open for a Pro Tools Expert review of BeatBox Anthology 2 in the coming weeks. For now, watch the UVI trailer of Beatbox Anthology 2 and hear for yourself some of the sounds that can be produced with this library.
