Apple has announced at the WWDC 2017 that there are new MacBook, MacBook Pro, and MacBook Air models that will begin shipping today.
There are new Intel Kaby Lake seventh-generation processors coming to new 12-inch MacBook and MacBook Pro as well as SSDs that are 50% faster. Faster standard graphics on new 15-inch MacBook Pro. MacBook Air getting a "bump in megahertz" too.
MacBook Pro includes a solid-state drive with sequential read speeds up to 3.2GB/s and the top of the range 15-inch model is available with a 2TB SSD with faster GDDR5 memory. 10-bit HEVC hardware acceleration will come as standard on MacBook Pro, which will let you take even more advantage of the boosts in 4K video compression and streaming performance coming in macOS High Sierra.
The 12-inch MacBook starts at $1,299. The 13-inch MacBook Pro with standard F keys starts at $1,299 or $1,799 with the Touch Bar and the 15-inch MacBook Pro with Touch Bar start at $2,399.
