Tutorial - Using The Waves Greg Wells ToneCentric In a Mix

In this free video tutorial, Paul Drew demonstrates how to use the Waves Greg Wells ToneCentric plug-in on vocals and the mix bus. Paul starts off by trying it on a lead vocal. The plugin really places the vocal to sit nicely in the mix. Paul then tries it on the mix bus, On the mix bus the plug-in adds some lovely saturation that is reminiscent of tape.

Add rich analog tone to individual tracks or entire mixes, in the studio or live, with this musical harmonic enhancer developed with Greg Wells based on his favourite pieces of analog gear.

Created in collaboration with the multiple Grammy®-nominated producer, musician and mixing engineer (Adele, Katy Perry, OneRepublic), ToneCentric gives you easy access to Greg’s signature harmonic enhancement techniques, as heard on hit recordings that have sold over 85 million units.
