Russ shows how Drag MIDI to Commit works in the latest version of Pro Tools 12, Pro Tools 12.3. He shows it in action, what it can and can't do and some cool tips and tricks for using it.
You can commit MIDI clips on Instrument tracks by dragging and dropping the MIDI clip from the source track to an audio track of the same channel width.
He also tests to see if the audio is sample accurate and then gives possible reasons for the outcome of the test.
