Community Tip - Renaming Tracks Alternative Shortcut

With the support of iLok, more tips & tricks from the community. Here is another one from Tunes….

This is a keyboard shortcut I discovered recently. Perhaps everyone already knows about it but it was new to me. When renaming tracks, you click on the track the track naming/comment window pops up. At this point you edit the name then either click the “OK” button or use “COMMAND+ RIGHT ARROW” to move to the next track. I accidentally discovered that if you use “COMMAND+RETURN” it still moves to the next track. To me this was huge because I always had to look down at the keyboard to make sure I was hitting the “RIGHT ARROW” key. Hitting the “RETURN” is much easier because it’s in the home row and doesn’t require eyeballing the keyboard.

James says - It’s a good one.
