How Much Do You Trust A Store To Give You The Right Advice? Poll

One of Russ’ favourite storesBoth customers and suppliers trust stores to give the right advice. That requires that they are knowledgeable about the products they sell and care about us the customer. There are some fantastic dealers and there are also some awful dealers. We think the good ones should get our hard earned cash and the bad ones should not - it’s as simple as that!

So today’s poll asks the question ‘How Much Do You Trust A Store To Give You The Right Advice?’

Please vote and of course use the comments to tell us about the great dealers you use and also your horror stories. Can we suggest that if you are going to be negative that you back it up with the facts rather than post ‘Joe Bloggs Music are terrible’ - we know that everyone has bad days, so we’re looking more for consistently good and bad practice rather than ‘my plectrum needed a service and they were closed at 3:00am on Christmas day’. Thanks!
