if you just wanted to automate a short section of a track, is it possible to do this automation using audiosuite? say, if you didn't need the plugin over the whole track?
or should you just automate a bypass until the section of the track you want the plugin active?
I would just automate the section in real time and retain control. There's hardly any CPU usage.
But yes you could use an audio suite plug-in if you did not need any evolution but to simply change the filter properties.
