I'd just like to point out that yet another "digital explained" article argues that 96k sample rate is better than baserate 44.1, while not really having any substantial arguments for this. They claim both that 96 k captures more information and results in smoother sound and that frequencies over 20 kHz can affect the recording, none of this which is based in any scientific studies. I just think it's bad to tell newbies things that are fundamentally flawed.
