Just a small note to say a big thank you for your patience when I'm responding to emails.

The blog had a remarkable week starting last Monday, to put it into context normally averaging about 15,000 hits - last week that rose to 52,000 hits, a normal month has around 100,000.

So it has taken me more time than normal to reply to emails and try and answer your personal questions - if you think I've missed your email, then please don't worry about asking me again.
